Our Butter Prawns are crafted using carefully selected prawns known for their firm texture and natural sweetness. Each piece is evenly coated with a seasoned crumb layer designed to deliver a rich, buttery flavour and satisfying crunch. The coating enhances the prawn without overpowering its taste, creating a balanced bite every time.

Clean & Hygienic Preparation

Every prawn is properly cleaned and prepared before being coated to ensure consistency in flavour and texture. The crumb layer is developed to turn golden and crisp when deep fried, while the inside remains tender and juicy. Each pack is securely sealed to maintain freezer freshness and protect product quality.

Cooking Instructions (Deep Fry)

1. Heat oil to 160–170°C
2. Fry directly from frozen, do not allow the product to thaw.
3. Cook for 3–5 minutes until golden brown & crisp.
4. Do not overcrowd the pan.
5. Drain excess oil and serve hot.

Storage Recommendations

For best results, keep frozen at -18°C or below.
