Crispy Fish Fillets are made from mild, tender fish portions selected for their smooth texture and consistent thickness. A lightly seasoned outer layer surrounds each piece, designed to deliver a golden crust while allowing the natural flavour of the fish to remain noticeable. The result is a balanced combination of crisp coating and soft interior.
Clean & Hygienic Preparation
Each fillet is cut to promote uniform cooking and coated evenly to achieve a consistent finish when fried. Attention is given to maintaining the integrity of the crumb layer so it holds well during cooking. The product is packed to protect the coating and maintain freezer condition until use.
Cooking Instructions (Deep Fry)
1. Heat oil to 160–170°C
2. Fry directly from frozen, do not allow the product to thaw.
3. Cook for 3–5 minutes until golden brown & crisp.
4. Do not overcrowd the pan.
5. Drain excess oil and serve hot.
Storage Recommendations
For best results, keep frozen at -18°C or below.
