Each strip is evenly coated to achieve a consistent golden finish when fried. The crumb layer is designed to hold its texture while sealing in the natural moisture of the fish. Portions are packed in freezer-ready condition to maintain structure and quality.
Cooking Instructions (Deep Fry)
1. Heat oil to 160–170°C
2. Fry directly from frozen, do not allow the product to thaw.
3. Cook for 3–5 minutes until golden brown & crisp.
4. Do not overcrowd the pan.
5. Drain excess oil and serve hot.
Storage Recommendations
For best results, keep frozen at -18°C or below.
