Prawn Popcorn is made from small, tender prawn pieces chosen for their consistent size and quick cooking ability. Each bite is coated to create a textured outer layer that turns crisp and golden when fried. The compact shape makes it easy to serve and enjoy as a snack or appetiser.

Clean & Hygienic Preparation

Every piece is evenly covered to ensure balanced crunch in every bite. The coating is formulated to hold its structure during frying while allowing the prawn inside to remain soft and flavourful. Packed in freezer condition, the product retains its coating integrity until ready to cook.

Cooking Instructions (Deep Fry)

1. Heat oil to 160–170°C
2. Fry directly from frozen, do not allow the product to thaw.
3. Cook for 3–5 minutes until golden brown & crisp.
4. Do not overcrowd the pan.
5. Drain excess oil and serve hot.

Storage Recommendations

For best results, keep frozen at -18°C or below.
