Prawn Torpedos are made using whole prawns wrapped in a seasoned crumb coating that creates a bold, crunchy exterior. The natural sweetness of the prawn contrasts beautifully with the crisp outer layer, delivering a satisfying bite with every piece. Their elongated shape makes them ideal for dipping and sharing.
Clean & Hygienic Preparation
Each prawn is cleaned and shaped to maintain its structure before being evenly coated. The outer layer is designed to form a firm, golden crust when fried while sealing in moisture inside. Packaging is done to protect the coating and preserve freezer quality until cooking.
Cooking Instructions (Deep Fry)
1. Heat oil to 160–170°C
2. Fry directly from frozen, do not allow the product to thaw.
3. Cook for 3–5 minutes until golden brown & crisp.
4. Do not overcrowd the pan.
5. Drain excess oil and serve hot.
Storage Recommendations
For best results, keep frozen at -18°C or below.
